Community Ambassadors
Cartrefi Cymru Co-op, a not-for-profit organisation, is a WCRC Community Ambassado and is now a member of the centre's cyber community made up of Welsh organisations committed to supporting businesses across Wales to develop their cyber resilience.
Supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, behaviours that challenge, older people, and carers across Wales, Cartrefi Cymru Co-op provides skilled and respectful staff to work in people’s homes and local communities, promoting their independence, social inclusion and safety. As well as a charity it is a multi stakeholder co-operative who pool all its members’ talents and ideas to make our communities better places for everyone.
Its support skills and practice are all based on a commitment to respect, safeguard, and enable adults to live a good life, regardless of any other label.

The Centre for Digital Public Services (CDPS) was set up to support the design and delivery of better public services in Wales. We are an arm’s length body of Welsh Government and, together with the chief digital officers in health, Welsh Government and local government, we are responsible for delivering the digital strategy for Wales.

We’re creating a blended team of digital experts made up of permanent staff, fixed-term appointments, secondments from the Welsh public sector and suppliers to work together to deliver our aims.
FOR Cardiff is a business improvement district (BID) that represents 750+ businesses in Cardiff city centre who fund us to enhance the experience of the capital and deliver projects that benefit the business community.
Since 2016, we have invested over £7.5 million into improving Cardiff through projects like the ‘Cardiff Against Business Crime’ crime reduction partnership, free member training, city centre cleansing and award-winning events.
Tai Calon Community Housing was established on 26th July 2010. We are a not-for-profit, community mutual organisation and Blaenau Gwent’s largest social housing provider, with nearly 6,000 homes.
We are a major employer in the local area, with over 260 well trained and committed staff who all contribute to our annual turnover of over £25 million. To date we have invested over £120 million in our homes to ensure they reached and are maintained to the Welsh Housing Quality Standard.
In 2020 Tai Calon Community Housing was named one of the Sunday Times Top 100 Not For Profit Companies to work for. We were also proud to be awarded a coveted Customer Service Excellence Award – recognising our commitment to the highest standards of service for our community.
In addition, the company secured Disability Confident status, recognising our efforts to ensure a safe, supportive and inclusive environment for disabled colleagues.
The Cybersecurity and Information Networks Centre (CINC) at Cardiff School of Technologies (CST) which is part of Cardiff Metropolitan University is an active research and innovation center working on emerging frontiers of cyber security. The key research and innovation themes of the centre are aligned to provide better Quality of Security (QoSec), Quality of Privacy (QoPri) and Quality of Experience (QoE).
In order to provide secure and privacy-preserving user experiences for end users, the centre is currently working with the Welsh Government, large organizations (e.g., Companies House, Airbus) and other SMEs.
Exercise3 is the only business in the UK dedicated to creating and running realistic cyber exercises. We help businesses learn how to respond in times of crisis – before the crisis happens for real.
Founded in 2014, our staff has decades of experience in dealing with complex cyber incidents and running exercises with government, military, and commercial organisations. We constantly monitor the latest threats, vulnerabilities, and attacks to make our simulations as realistic as possible.
We pride ourselves on explaining things in plain English, rather than techno-gobbledygook.
Corassure is a world renowned aviation consulting experts, providing subject matter expertise advice, guidance and independent assurance in the aircraft software certification, aircraft hardware certification and aircraft cyber security certification domains within both the military and civilian domain. We also lecture across the UK up to master’s level, focussing on programmable elements and cyber security airworthiness certification.
Cyber Innovation Hub (CIH) is on a mission to transform South Wales into a leading UK cyber cluster by 2030 by creating a world-class pipeline of new cyber products, high-growth businesses, and technically skilled talent. Thanks to the support of the Welsh Government and Cardiff Capital Region, the Cyber Innovation Hub has a unique opportunity to accelerate the growth of the cyber sector in South Wales.
CIH is being led by Cardiff University and the University of South Wales (both NCSC recognised for excellence in research, innovation and education) with a consortium of multiple private and public sector partners including Airbus, the Alacrity Foundation, CGI, Thales and Tramshed Tech. CIH is determined to increase the number of cyber security companies anchored in Wales by 50% and upskill 1500 individuals with hands-on technical skills through affordable training.
